Office Hours
Call our knowledgeable staff with any questions or to schedule your appointment at Raleigh Oral Surgery Office Phone Number 919-876-4746.
We generally reserve Friday appointments for surgical procedures only. Please let one of our staff know which office location is most convenient for you (Raleigh, NC or Clayton NC), and please confirm at which location your appointment has been made.
We feel that it is very important for you to be completely informed about your diagnosis, proposed treatment and treatment alternatives before undergoing any type of surgical procedure. For this reason, it is our policy to schedule a pre-surgical consultation appointment before surgical procedures are performed. Additionally, it is difficult to predict how much time to allow for your treatment until one of our doctors has evaluated you.
We ask that you report to our office 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow time for completion of paperwork and to give our staff time to properly add your information to our files. You will be asked to complete a comprehensive health history form as part of this paperwork. It is important that your doctor has this information since medical conditions can require alterations in the approach to treatment. We assure you that all information you provide us will be kept in strict confidence. We will not and cannot release any information or documents from your record without your written permission.
If it is necessary for you to cancel one of your appointments with us, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer this valuable time to another patient.
Raleigh Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is open Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and open 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that our practice provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
