Financial Policy

Our practice strives to deliver the best possible care to our patients at a fair cost. We believe that it is important that every patient thoroughly understand the financial aspect of the proposed treatment plan. The pre-surgical consultation process includes preparation of a printed treatment plan with corresponding fees. While we make every effort to present accurate fee estimates before each procedure, unforeseen situations occasionally arise during the course of treatment that necessitate a change in the treatment plan or in the fee for a particular procedure.

We have several options for payment of fees. We accept VISA and MasterCard, and we can offer outside financing through CareCredit and American General Financial Services. Our practice will file insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, but it is important to remember that an insurance plan is a contract between the patient/policyholder and the insurance company – our practice is not a part of that contract.
